Wholistic Vitamin D3 2500 IU
D3 2500IU packs a potent punch of the sunshine vitamin in one single dose. Vitamin D deficiency is very common in North America, especially thanks to winter’s dwindling daylight hours and limited sunlight exposure. Deficiencies in vitamin D can cause seasonal affective disorder (S.A.D.), bone and auto-immune disorders, fatigue and compromised immunity. Vitamin D is essential for keeping bones strong as it aids the absorption of calcium, phosphorous and other bone-building minerals, and this powerful vitamin is also a key component of healthy immune function.
